Sleep Hacks starting out
So today marks the first day that I'm starting to adjust my sleep schedule. 90 minutes before I go to sleep I'm shutting off all electronic devices, and reducing the amount of blue light that I can process visually. including to this I'm going to be trying to go to sleep at around 11 pm and wake up around 7, or when ever my body naturally wakes up. Immediately I will be going outside in order to enjoy the natural sunlight, and start to sync my sleep schedule appropriately.
